TASTING NOTES
A deep red colour with
purple hues in its youth. A
complex nose with aromas of
ripe dark berries, spices, and
balsamic notes. On the
palate, the wine displays lots
of structure, silky tannins and
again, lots of fruit with
complexities of chocolate
and liquorice. A long and
persistent finish. Very
powerful with good ageing
potential.
TASTING NOTES
Tarima Hill is a complex and
elegant expression of old-vine
Monastrell. Deep garnet with
flashes of violet, it offers a
bouquet of dark red cherries,
plum, and hints of leather. The
palate is full and concentrated,
with layers of blackberry,
liquorice, and spice, carried
through to a long, persistent
finish of refinement and depth.
TASTING NOTES
Opaque purple with explosive
aromas of black and blue fruits
with notes of licorice, Indian
spices and flower oils. Rich and
long, it has a good acidity that
lends elegance. Sweet blueberries
and redcurrants mark the palate
whilst tobacco, chocolate and
herbal flavours ride high on a full,
extracted finish.
