TASTING NOTES
The 2018 3D Cabernet Sauvignon showcases the premium Dr. Crane fruit we
have the privilege of growing and making into wine. The barrels going into
the blend are hand selected by our winemakers three different times. Velvety
and sultry, this wine sings with bright notes of raspberry, dried rose petal,
olive, and vanilla. The mouthfeel is seamless, elegant and bold. Refined chalky
textured tannins give way to hints of cigar box and nutmeg on the finish.
